I tried to keep things minimal this month, focusing a lot on nourishing and refreshing breakfasts for summer's active days before we jump back into the fall routine. Tomatoes, peppers and peaches are some of the seasonal inspiration this month, and you'll find each of those in the recipes below.
Bonus tip: For SUPER quick breakfasts this summer, overnight oats recipes can't be beat. They only take 5 minutes of prep time the night before, and they're ready to go in the morning. Definitely my kind of breakfast. ๐
