    If you have some extra yogurt in your fridge to use up, this little collection is for you. These irresistible recipes all use yogurt or Greek yogurt as one of the ingredients, and they're so, so good. (Bonus: they all take less than 30 minutes, and some are done in just 5.) 🙂

    Yogurt is arguably one of the most well-known fermented foods, produced by a process known as lacto-fermentation. The milk sugar lactose is converted into lactic acid by way of specific bacterial strains like Lactobacillus bulgaricus, and it is this process gives yogurt products their thickness and alluringly sour flavor.

    Whenever I find myself with more yogurt on hand than I know what to do with, I head right over to this list and pick one to make.
