How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

self rising flour Greek yogurt Optional: egg toppings

Step 1: Combine

Add your flour and yogurt to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Mix

Mix them together until a thick dough forms. If necessary, add a little extra yogurt and keep stirring.

Step 3: Knead

Dust a little flour on a clean surface and knead the dough with your hands for a few minutes before forming a ball.

Step 4: Cut

Use a pastry cutter or knife to cut the dough into four even sections.

Step 5: Form

Form each of the sections into a ball and then poke your thumb through the center of each to keep forming into bagels.

Step 6: Place

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your bagels on the sheet.

Step 7: Top

Optionally, use a pastry brush to lightly coat each bagel with the egg wash and then sprinkle on your favorite toppings.

Step 8: Bake

Bake your bagels at 350°F for 22-24 minutes.

Step 9: Enjoy
