Old Fashioned Apple Crisp with Whipped Greek Yogurt

Ingredients you'll need:

Step 1: Prep

Heat the oven to 350℉, butter an 8" x 8" baking dish, and peel and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

Step 2: Make the filling

Add the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and vanilla to the apples and mix everything well to incorporate.

Step 3: Make the topping

In a separate bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt together with a whisk. Cube and add the butter.

Step 4: Bake

Pour the filling into the baking dish first, followed by the topping. Bake for 45-50 minutes until just brown and crisp.

Step 5: Make the whipped yogurt

Chill a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla, and use a mixer for about 2-3 minutes or until gentle peaks form.

Step 6: Enjoy
