Asian Sautéed Swiss Chard

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

Swiss chard olive oil water ginger garlic scallion soy sauce toasted sesame oil rice vinegar honey black sesame seeds (optional)

Step 1: Prep

Wash and trim the chard and chop the stems into small, bite sized pieces, then roughly chop the leaves into larger pieces.

Step 2: Make the dressing

Grate the ginger, mince the garlic, dice the scallion and whisk all of the dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl to incorporate.

Step 3: Sauté

Sauté the stems in oil for a few minutes, then add the leaves along with the water, cover, and steam for a minute or two more.

Step 4: Enjoy

Mix the chard and dressing, garnish with black sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately. Enjoy your Swiss chard!❤️
