Blueberry Kefir Smoothies

Ingredients you'll need:

vanilla kefir ripe banana blueberries honey Optional: chia or flax seeds a few ice cubes

Step 1: Prep

Place all of the ingredients in a blender, kefir and banana first followed by the rest of the ingredients.

Step 2: Blend

Turn on the blender to low speed and increase speed to high while you blend for about 30 seconds to a minute.

Step 3: Enjoy

Pour into tall glasses and enjoy immediately or save in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Enjoy your kefir smoothies!❤️
