Cranberry Orange Muffins

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

all-purpose flour baking powder baking soda sea salt orange eggs white sugar brown sugar sour cream unsalted butter vanilla extract cranberries

Step 1: Prep

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease or line one 12-muffin tin or two 6-muffin tins. Wash, zest and juice the orange.

Step 2: Mix

Place the dry and wet ingredients in separate mixing bowls and use a whisk to incorporate each.

Step 3: Fold

Using a silicone spatula, fold the dry ingredients into the wet until just incorporated, followed by the cranberries (don't over mix.)

Step 4: Bake

Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Step 5: Enjoy

Serve immediately, or save for up to 4 days in the fridge or up to 2 months in the freezer. Enjoy your muffins!❤️
