Soft and Chewy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

all-purpose flour cocoa powder cornstarch sea salt baking soda unsalted butter white sugar brown sugar large eggs vanilla extract chocolate chips

Step 1: Mix the dry ingredients

Whisk the flour, cocoa, cornstarch, salt and baking soda in a large bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Mix the wet ingredients

Cream the butter and sugars in a separate bowl and then add the vanilla and eggs one at a time while beating again after each.

Step 3: Combine & chill

Fold the dry mixture and chocolate chips into the wet ingredients and mix well, then chill batter for at least two hours in the fridge.

Step 4: Bake

Bake rounded tablespoonfuls of batter at 350°F for 11-12 minutes, and let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for another 5 minutes.

Step 5: Enjoy
