Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

gluten-free flour almond flour cornstarch sea salt baking soda unsalted butter white sugar brown sugar large eggs vanilla extract chocolate chips dark chocolate

Step 1: Mix the dry ingredients

Whisk the flours, cornstarch, salt and baking soda in a large bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Mix the wet ingredients & fold

Cream the butter and sugars, add the vanilla and eggs and beat some more, and fold in the dry ingredients and chocolate.

Step 3: Chill

Place the batter in the refrigerator and chill for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight.

Step 4: Bake

Bake rounded tablespoonfuls of batter at 375°F for 11-12 minutes, and let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for another 5 minutes.

Step 5: Enjoy

Serve immediately, or save for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy your cookies!❤️
