Overnight Oats with Kefir

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

rolled oats cinnamon kefir or milk fresh berries honey Optional: cardamom chia or flax seeds peanut butter

Step 1: Mix

Place the oats, spices, seeds and kefir or milk in a jar and mix well. Mix in the peanut butter if using, just enough to create some swirls.

Step 2: Top

Wash and add the fresh berries on top of your oats, place a lid on your jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days.

Step 3: Enjoy

Mix the fresh berries in a little and top with honey or maple syrup if desired. Enjoy your overnight oats!❤️
