Pan Seared Salmon Meal Prep

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

fingerling potatoes broccoli salmon fillets garlic aioli unsalted butter fresh parsley sea salt black pepper lemon wedges

Step 1: Prep

Heat oven to 425°F, wash and halve the potatoes, cut the broccoli into florets, and rub the salmon with parsley, salt and pepper.

Step 2: Roast

Place the potatoes, some melted butter and salt & pepper on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 3: Cook

Meanwhile, warm more butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Step 4: Steam

Steam the broccoli in a steamer pot, or in an inch of water in a covered pot for about 5 minutes, then toss with butter, salt & pepper.

Step 5: Enjoy

Divide the salmon and sides on plates or in containers, and season and serve with aioli and lemon. Enjoy your pan seared salmon!❤️
