Roasted Cauliflower

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

cauliflower olive oil butter garlic powder sea salt black pepper optional: fresh parsley (for garnish)

Step 1: Prep

Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then wash, trim and chop the cauliflower.

Step 2: Combine

Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl, drizzle the oil and butter over them, and sprinkle everything with the spices.

Step 3: Roast

Pour out onto the prepared baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, turning the florets once halfway through.

Step 4: Enjoy

Top with extra salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy your roasted cauliflower!❤️
