Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

Step 1: Prep
Finely dice the onion and quarter the cherry tomatoes, and slice the smoked salmon into small bite sized strips.

Add the eggs, a little water, and the cream cheese and use a whisk to break up the cheese into smaller (but still visible) pieces.
