Homemade Self Rising Flour

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

all-purpose flour* baking powder salt *or GF flour blend (add xantham gum if your GF flour doesn't contain it)

Step 1: Combine

Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and use a whisk to incorporate everything well.

Step 2: Process (Optional, for GF flour)

If you're making gluten free flour, use a food processor rather than a whisk to process the flour fully for at least 5 minutes.

Step 3: Store
