How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

red pepper red onion garlic scallions parsley ground turkey olive oil apple cider vinegar brown sugar oregano salt & pepper

Step 1: Prep

Wash and dice the red pepper and onion, mince the garlic, thinly slice the white and light green parts of the scallions, and chop the parsley.

Step 2: Combine

Place the turkey and half the olive oil in a large mixing bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine.

Step 3: Cook

Add the remaining oil to a large skillet and warm on the stove over medium-high heat. Form burgers and cook for about 4 min per side.

Step 4: Enjoy

Plate with your favorite buns, lettuce, red onion and anything else you'd like. Enjoy your burgers!❤️
