Hummus and Veggie Wraps

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

flour tortillas garlic hummus mixed greens red onion carrot cucumber red pepper cherry tomatoes

Step 1: Prep

Peel the onion and carrot. Then, wash all of the veggies, halve the tomatoes and thinly slice the rest.

Step 2: Add hummus

Place a dollop of hummus onto each wrap.

Step 3: Spread

Spread the hummus out evenly, leaving just a little room around the edges.

Step 4: Add greens

Place a mound of greens on the middle of each wrap.

Step 5: Top with veggies

Top the greens with the chopped veggies.

Step 6: Fold

Fold each side toward the middle, and then fold the side closest to you toward the middle.

Step 7: Roll

Continue to tightly roll the wrap away from you until it's closed.

Step 8: Slice

Slice each wrap in half on the cutting board.

Step 9: Enjoy

Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for later. Enjoy your veggie wraps!❤️
