Instructions
Blend: Place all of the ingredients in a blender in the order listed and blend on high speed for about a minute until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy: Divide the smoothies evenly into two tall glasses, and enjoy!

Blender: A professional-grade blender will create the smoothest smoothies, but a standard blender will also work just fine (it may just need a little bit of extra blend time.)Serving size: This recipe will make two large smoothies or four kids smoothies.Storage: This smoothie will stay fresh in a covered glass or pitcher for up to 24 hours in the fridge, but is best when consumed immediately. It does not stand up well to freezing.
