1cupvanilla Greek yogurtor plant-based yogurt for vegan/dairy-free (or make homemade yogurt)
½cupstrawberries
½cupraspberries
½cupblueberries
½cupblackberries
2sprigsfresh mintoptional
½cupgranolaoptional
1teaspoonhoneyor agave syrup for vegan; optional, for extra sweetness
Instructions
Prep: Wash and dry the berries and mint, if using. Remove the stems from the strawberries and halve or quarter larger berries.
Assemble: Divide half of the berries among two glass jars or bowls, top the first layer with yogurt and granola (if using), and then repeat with a second layer of berries followed by yogurt and granola. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a little honey, if desired.
Enjoy: Serve immediately or store in covered jars for up to 4 days in the fridge.
