Prep: Wash and dry all of the fruit and mint well, and trim and halve the strawberries (or quarter for large berries). In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey and set aside. Chop the mint into small pieces and set aside.
Combine: Place all of the fruit in a large mixing bowl, drizzle the honey lime mixture over the fruit, add the chopped mint and carefully mix everything to combine, being careful not to crush the more delicate raspberries as you stir.
Enjoy: Serve immediately, and garnish with a couple extra sprigs of fresh mint at the sides of the serving bowl, if desired. Leftover berry salad will stay fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
