Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

banana all-purpose flour baking powder baking soda sea salt large eggs honey Greek yogurt coconut oil vanilla extract chocolate chips

Step 1: Prep

Preheat your oven to 350°F, line one 12-muffin tin or two 6-muffin tins and mash your bananas in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Mix the dry ingredients

Place the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium mixing bowl and use a whisk to incorporate.

Step 3: Mix the wet ingredients

In a larger bowl, use the whisk to beat the eggs a little, then add the honey, yogurt, melted coconut oil and vanilla and whisk again.

Step 4: Combine

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet, and then fold in the bananas and chocolate chips. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tins.

Step 5: Bake

Bake for 21-23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool muffins for 5 minutes in the tins, and then remove onto a wire rack.

Step 6: Enjoy

Serve immediately, or save for up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy your muffins!❤️
