Easy Calzones

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

all-purpose flour pizza dough pizza sauce shredded pizza cheese or mozzarella

Step 1: Prep

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat a cutting board or large plate with a dusting of flour.

Step 2: Form

Divide the dough into four sections and press or roll each one into a flat, circular shape no more than one centimeter thick.

Step 3: Fill

Place a quarter of the sauce off to one side of each calzone but away from the edges, and top with a quarter of the cheese.

Step 4: Seal & Bake

Fold each calzone over and crimp the edges of the dough closed using a fork. Bake for 15 minutes or until just golden brown.

Step 5: Enjoy

Let your calzones cool for at least 10 minutes on the baking sheet, and serve. Enjoy your calzones!❤️
