Jicama Fries

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

jicama olive oil garlic powder paprika salt & pepper parsley (optional)

Step 1: Prep

Preheat the oven to 425°F, wash and peel the jicama, and slice into 1/4" thick sticks.

Step 2: Blanch

Add the jicama slices to boiling water and let sit for 10 minutes. Then, drain, cool and dry with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel.

Step 3: Season

Drizzle olive oil over jicama and sprinkle with the spices and salt & pepper to taste. Mix everything well to coat.

Step 4: Bake

Bake fries for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden, flipping them halfway through.

Step 5: Enjoy

Let the fries cool slightly, sprinkle a little extra salt and pepper on if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy your jicama fries!❤️
