Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

cauliflower garlic unsalted butter sour cream sea salt black pepper fresh parsley (for garnish)

Step 1: Prep

Trim the cauliflower and chop into 1-2 inch chunks, and mince the garlic and set aside.

Step 2: Steam

Steam the cauliflower for about 12-14 minutes or until the cauliflower is easily pierced with a fork.

Step 3: Sauté

Meanwhile, warm the butter over medium-low heat and sauté the garlic for a few minutes until just golden brown, and set aside.

Step 4: Process

Add everything but the parsley to a food processor and blend for a minute or two, stopping a few times to scrape down the sides.

Step 5: Enjoy

Serve immediately and top with chopped parsley and extra salt & pepper, if desired. Enjoy your mashed cauliflower!❤️
