Easy Chicken Burritos

How to Make

Ingredients you'll need:

red onion cilantro white rice chicken broth sea salt olive oil chicken black beans chili powder ground cumin tortillas shredded cheese salsa sour cream

Step 1: Prep

Finely chop the onion and cilantro, and dice the chicken. Prepare the rice using chicken broth in place of water.

Step 2: Sauté

Meanwhile, sauté the chicken in olive oil for 6-8 minutes over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté a couple minutes more.

Step 3: Cook

Add the remaining broth, beans and spices and cook for about 5 minutes or until the broth starts to get absorbed.

Step 4: Add Rice

Finally, mix in the rice and cook for a couple minutes more until everything is heated through, and preheat the oven to 200°F.

Step 5: Assemble

Top each tortilla with all of the fillings and then roll each one up in aluminum foil, crimping the ends closed.

Step 6: Enjoy

Warm the burritos in a baking dish in the oven for 10 minutes & serve with more salsa and sour cream. Enjoy your chicken burritos!❤️
