- Mince the ginger and garlic and thinly slice the white and light green parts of the scallion.¼ inch piece fresh ginger, ½ clove garlic, 1 scallion
- Place all of the ingredients except the sesame seeds in a Mason jar or other container with a lid and shake well to combine.2 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari, 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 ½ teaspoons honey, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Serve immediately and garnish with black sesame seeds if desired.black sesame seeds
