- Place all of the ingredients in the order listed in a blender, and cover. Increase speed to high and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute. If it's too thick, add a splash more kefir. If it's too thin, add a few more frozen berries or ice cubes and blend again.½ cup vanilla kefir, ½ medium ripe banana, ¾ cups blueberries, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, ice

Notes
Blender: Use a professional-grade blender for an extra smooth texture if you have one, but a standard blender will work just fine too. If you use a standard blender, run for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute to make sure everything is as smoothly incorporated as possible.
Storage: This smoothie tastes best when consumed immediately, but it will stay fresh for up to 24 hours in the fridge in a covered container.
For extra protein: Add 1 tablespoon nut butter or a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
