- Prep: Wash and dry the tomatoes and basil leaves.3 medium large tomatoes, 1 bunch fresh basil
- Slice: Slice the mozzarella log into ¼" slices unless it's already sliced, and then slice the tomatoes to similar thickness.1 mozzarella log
- Assemble: On a serving platter, alternate slightly overlapping tomato and basil slices, working from the edges of your platter into the center. Sprinkle the fresh basil leaves around the platter and drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over everything followed by a little sea salt and pepper, to taste.1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
