- Place all of the ingredients in a pint-sized Mason jar or other jar with a tight fitting lid.¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons honey, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Cover the jar tightly with the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Shake again just before serving, and before each use (see notes).

Notes
Storage: Apple cider vinegar dressing can be stored in a covered jar in the fridge for up to a week. Note that as it refrigerates, the olive oil will start to become solid. To reincorporate the oil, let the dressing sit out at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Once the oil warms up a little, give it a good shake just before using.
