Notes
Berries: Feel free to leave out any berries you can't find or don't like.
Fruit: Besides oranges and kiwi, you could also substitute or add fresh melon, pineapple, banana or mango.
Toppings: Feel free to use your favorites; in addition to granola and the others in this recipe, you could also use chopped nuts like almonds, walnuts or pecans, dried fruits like raisins or cranberries, or seeds like sunflower seeds and flax seeds.
Natural sugar: If you don't want to use sweetened yogurt, feel free to add some yogurt or maple syrup to your board for natural sweeteners.
Storage: Once your board is assembled, you can store it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight if needed. Or, just prep everything in advance and assemble it just before your meal.
