In fact, this breakfast board is so easy to make that it could easily be served as a quick dessert board! It's just that delicious and naturally sweet. Or, use it as part of a larger spread and designate it as the yogurt parfait station.

🌿 Ingredients
The main ingredient you'll need here, of course, is yogurt. I like to use vanilla yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt (plain works too!), but feel free to use your favorite kind and brand. Or, make your own yogurt or whipped yogurt! I recommend berries for the bulk of the charcuterie board, but feel free to substitute your other favorite fruits or toppings. (And you can even make your own granola.)

📝 Instructions
Building a breakfast charcuterie board takes a little practice and perhaps moving things around as you prepare it, kind of like a fun artsy puzzle. There is no wrong way to make one though, and half the fun is in the assembly itself. 😉
Start by washing and thoroughly drying all of your fruit, and slicing anything in half or in slices if you'd like. I like halving oranges and kiwi, and leaving all of the berries whole, with strawberry leaves intact because it makes it fun to dip them in the yogurt.
Then, lay all of your fruit and toppings out on a table and decide what to use for containers or bowls on your breakfast board. And, decide whether you'll lay out individual yogurt-filled containers like these glass yogurt jars, or have one or two larger bowls or yogurt for self-serve. Arrange the yogurt and topping containers on your board first, followed by the larger fruit.
Once that's done, the only thing left to do is fill in the gaps with fresh berries. You can group individual kinds of berries together, for example one quadrant of the board would be filled with strawberries. Or, you can just mix them up throughout the board as I did here.
📋 Substitutions
As written, this yogurt charcuterie board is vegetarian. Feel free to make any of the following substitutions as needed.
- Vegan/dairy free - use plant based yogurt instead of dairy
- Gluten free - make sure the granola you use is certified gluten free or grain free in the case of a gluten allergy
- Berries - feel free to leave out any berries you can't find or don't like
- Fruit - besides oranges and kiwi, you could also substitute or add fresh melon, pineapple, banana or mango
- Toppings - feel free to use your favorites; in addition to granola and the others in this recipe, you could also use chopped nuts like almonds, walnuts or pecans, dried fruits like raisins or cranberries, or seeds like sunflower seeds and flax seeds
- Natural sugar - if you don't want to use sweetened yogurt, feel free to add some yogurt or maple syrup to your board for natural sweeteners

Yogurt Charcuterie Board
Equipment

Ingredients
- 6 cups vanilla or plain yogurt or Greek yogurt, or plant based yogurt for vegan/dairy free
- 1 pound strawberries
- 12 ounces raspberries
- 12 ounces blueberries
- 12 ounces blackberries
- 1 orange
- 1 kiwi
- 1 ½ cups granola or certified GF granola for gluten free
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ¾ cup coconut flakes
- ¾ cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Prep: Wash and thoroughly dry all of the fruit, and slice the orange and kiwi in half.
- Fill: Pour yogurt into individual yogurt jars, and toppings into small glass bowls.
- Arrange: Arrange the yogurt and topping containers on your board first, followed by the orange and kiwi halves. Then, fill on the gaps on the board with fresh berries in any arrangement.
- Enjoy: Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to a few hours or overnight.
