I'm usually an oatmeal person in the mornings, but lately I've been a massive muffin kick since we've had a lot of fruit around the house including ripe bananas. Baking muffins is such a low effort/high reward task that I've actually found myself enjoying this new routine immensely. 🙂

All of these muffin recipes are great on their own, either for a mid-afternoon snack or wholesome dessert. For breakfast, they also pair nicely with additional favorites like cream cheese scrambled eggs or a berry smoothie.
