This sweet and savory miso sauce is easy to make, full of umami flavor, and perfect for drizzling over rice bowls or veggies. With just four ingredients and five minutes required, this is a recipe you'll want to have in your back pocket.

So I pulled together this simple miso sauce recently when I made some roasted asparagus. It was a last-minute add to give them a little extra oomph, but when the final version came together I knew I'd be making this one OFTEN. (I've been drizzling it on everything lately.)
It's actually become my #1 go-to sauce for busy days now. It makes a great salad dressing, and whenever I make my favorite salmon bowl I'll often use this sauce.
Hope it becomes a staple in your home too!
🌿 Ingredients

If you can't find white miso, red miso or another variety works too, but keep in mind the flavor is a bit stronger. White miso is the most mild and it's my favorite variety for this sauce.
Pro tip: Look for miso in the produce or refrigerated section of the grocery store.
