Need a quick salad dressing recipe for dinner? If you have five to ten minutes, the salad dressings below will have no problem taking any green salad from good to great. They're all delicious, and super versatile. Just pick your favorite, shake it up, and dig in!

Every time I make homemade salad dressing I wonder why I ever bought store-bought dressing! Seriously, it takes more effort to actually get to the store and find one on the shelves that (hopefully) tastes good. Save yourself the time and mental energy, and just pick one below to try. I think you'll be forever converted too. 🙂

I love using any of these easy dressings over a simple salad of mixed greens and chopped veggies like red pepper, carrots, cucumbers, radishes and thinly sliced red onion. They're also great for make-ahead lunches. Simply throw some greens and veggies into a Mason jar or other container and pack a smaller container of dressing. Then just combine and shake for lunch!

And of course, you're welcome to try the full salads that inspired some of these dressing recipes. I can never get Greek salad enough in my life, and if I have some extra time on the weekend, I love making this classic Nicoise salad.
