Don't you love when breakfast tastes fancy but requires almost no effort at all? This single-serve Greek yogurt parfait absolutely falls under that category. With fresh seasonal fruit, granola and a touch of honey, this easy parfait doubles as a wholesome snack or dessert.

Two berry and yogurt parfaits in glass working jars on a brown wood table.

It's hard to count all the reasons that make this breakfast parfait recipe so perfect, but my #1 reason: it's delicious. And #2: it literally takes just five minutes to make. (Major bonus points though if you make your own homemade Greek yogurt or granola.)

Pro tip: If you want to turn this parfait into one of the best desserts you've ever had, substitute whipped yogurt for the plain Greek yogurt. It's so, soooo good!

🌿 Ingredients

Piles of fresh berries with a glass bowl of vanilla Greek yogurt on a parchment paper lined wood table.

Buy the ripest, juiciest in-season berries or other fruit you can find. (I love using fresh peaches in August.) 🙂

See recipe card below for exact quantities.

📝 Instructions

Chopped strawberries on a white cutting board with a black-handled knife beside them.
Wash and dry your berries and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
A clear glass filled with a layer of yogurt, fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), and granola, set on a white marble countertop.
Assemble with a layer of yogurt, berries and granola, repeat, and top with honey.

🥧 Serving suggestions

This single-serve yogurt parfait is great all on its own, but pairs nicely with a slice of toast or avocado toast if you'd like a little something on the side.
