Need a great make ahead breakfast or snack you can feel good about serving? These simple muffin recipes are all light on added sugar but still delicious enough for dessert!

I'm usually an oatmeal person in the mornings, but lately I've been a massive muffin kick since we've had a lot of fruit around the house including ripe bananas. Baking muffins is such a low effort/high reward task that I've actually found myself enjoying this new routine immensely. 🙂

All of these muffin recipes are great on their own, either for a mid-afternoon snack or wholesome dessert. For breakfast, they also pair nicely with additional favorites like cream cheese scrambled eggs or a berry smoothie.
