Who can resist a perfectly blended, icy fruit smoothie on a hot day? (I definitely can't!) Here you'll find only wholesome smoothie recipes and other thirst-quenching drink recipes with fresh, seasonal ingredients, superfoods and more. Also, smoothie bowls. 🙂 My personal favorites are this delicious green smoothie and this 5-minute smoothie bowl. The best part of all? All of these recipes contain no added processed sugar-because who needs that? Cheers!
